I would have to agree I am happy if the options and warrants aren't being played because the strike is below the current PPS. If they are it's being done very slowly. Dilution (ATM), options and warrants probably are not being exercised because IMO this would tank the PPS.
So, I would say smart money and retail are holding hand in hand. I am sure that some of the 100M shelf, warrants and options will be exercised if/when big news hits and this will throttle the gain, but it's just the costs of investing in this market. GLTA.
