I think that yesterday's p.r. precludes the possibility of any buyback being in process now. The p.r. states "Following the reverse stock split, the Company expects to have approximately 37,252,609 million shares of common stock outstanding."

If there will be 37,252,609 shares of common stock outstanding post-R/S, that dictates there will be 1,862,630,450 prior to the R/S (37,252,609 X 50). That's roughly the the O/S now, is it not?
