This is a re-post of my post yesterday. Contrary to the doubters on the board this actually took place:

I had the opportunity to meet with Gerald today after his presentation at the LD Micro Conference.

I asked him if we could expect an announcement soon regarding a partnership for LymPro and the establishment of a CLIA lab. He said that details were still being finalized.

I asked him if he followed Dr. Urano's blogs and his answer was "me and Fumi talk all the time". I then said, "I assume that you still can't comment about MANF and diabetes". He actually chuckled and said, "No, I can't."

I asked him if the up-listing was still on-track for later this year and he stated that it was. I then commented that I had seen his "tweet" that said, "Amarantus will only effect a reverse split in conjunction with a pre-approved up-listing to a national exchange. Period." To which he replied:

"If we hit a couple of our milestones a reverse split may not be necessary."

This comment caught me completely by surprise.

These were the major items discussed as Gerald had to catch an early afternoon flight back to San Francisco. He has a 10:00 p.m. "red eye" flight tonight to New York.

I didn't see any need to have my picture taken with Gerald. I know I was there. wink

I suggest adding a few shares before one of the milestones is hit.
