You forgot to mention when Poteet and Dr. Henry Blair worked together at OSEM (Optical Systems Engineering and Manufacturing). Poteet was allegedly an 'astonomer' and Blair the chief engineer and president of the company.

Later, in Loch Harris land, Blair became inventor of the ELF until Boone was forced to change his story and make Poteet the inventor.

Poteet has been up to neck in this scam since the beginning, don't try to sell his character to people that know the truth RS Pennstreet. Sell it to your PP investors somewhere else.

P.S. I'm looking for the PR where Poteet was quoted as saying it is an honor to be working with Dr. Blair. That was when Poteet came on board while Blair was still the inventor.

The fact of this scam just don't go away pennstreet.
