At what point in this drama with KMA filing the form 10, audited financials, renewing a business license, finding a MM to sponsor a 15C-211, submitting a super 8K that announces the partnership that could form a whole new company, a new company name, and new QB ticker,,,,, Do the real shorts and if any naked shorts have to cover their positions?

Don't respond with the same talking points the spectators that hang around here always use, "There are no short shares on KMAG". This question is posed as if there were millions of NSS outstanding.
