It always seems when a penny stock gets to .0005 to .0008, it stays there for a while. Volume is low and it slowly goes up and down. I have seen 3 stocks do that recently. There better than most stock at higher levels its just that they get stuck and takes a while to get going. I do believe the yield sign being taken off and a great pr will help this out to get it over the edge, but man i hate it when a stock thats looks so good just sit there.
