Don't ask me how I know, but I'm 100% sure that third quote, wherever you found it, was a complete load of bs..

it's pretty clear because OTHM and Hotel Pure have never owned or managed any properties since the point that OTHM took over the brand.

It might have something to do with the fact that Hotel Pure has also never been operational under OTHM ownership. They picked up a dead brand and used it to mislead investors.

Honestly, you shouldn't believe everything you read in PRs. Take OTHM for example - their PRs have been full of fluff and packed with lies ever since these clowns took over.
