The merger would solve hundleys problems imo. I think Hundley created Hundley Associates SRL (which is just an LLC) to purchase property under the corp and not his name personally, and a Costa Rica entity smart move by him. If they merged the people that invested in hundley and didnt receive company shares could then receive shares in OTHM and the assets be put on othm books? Their AS were almost maxed out and all issued until 900 million shares were returned by an officer a couple months ago.
