We know why the RS was done it doesn't take a genius to figure that one out! And that makes sense that a share selling scheme does a 50,000/1 split! Makes sense for a non selling scheme one to do a 50/1 split to raise the PPS levels higher so they can achieve they're goals! And btw we have no clue about the Buyback and if it has or hasn't started! However if you look at all the buys today when the stock was going down might have been the company
