I believe I was one of the early ones mentioning a RS.

My thought is this:

If a divy of 0.01 of Green Fund is provided for each share of WNTR it only stands to reason that the less amount of WNTR shares there are the less amount of the divy that needs to be paid out.

I don't think the reason a RS occurs (if it did) would be for up-listing purposes but more for lowering the value of the overall divy being paid out.


...and those of you posting to others numbers of Green Fun shares being received for the divy, please correct yourselves as that number cannot be identified because nobody knows the value of a Green Fund share yet.... You need to go back and seriously read the PR about the divy. It states for every share of WNTR you have you will receive $0.01 worth of Green Fund... It doesn't say you'll receive 1 share of GF.
