Is there a reason (Regulatory, mechanistic, etc.) why Halozyme was able to get prophylaxis heparin added to the protocol (as appossed to dose reduction) so quickly and yet for Iclusig after (relatively speaking) more analysis dose reductions are being explored (as opposed to adding aspirin, heparin)?
