Yes you did say that.

CBD from industrial hemp isn't marijuana.

Most don't consider them marijuana companies because none of their products

contain enough THC to get one high.

Now you are saying:

Many of the companies in that index are involved in some way with actual marijuana,

though it's more at the "pick and shovel" level,

selling growing equipment or

business systems

and security for marijuana shops in Colorado.

Some of those companies involved in marijuana production and sales are

Canadian or European and operating outside of U.S. law.

Picks and shovels can be found at any hardware store. Are hardware stores MJ companies?

Growing equipment can be found at any garden supply store. Are garden supply stores MJ companies?

Business systems can be found at any business software provider. Are business software providers MJ companies?

Security can be found at any security company. Are security companies MJ companies?

Canadian or European companies can not operating outside of U.S. law.

Next time someone gets arrested for marijuana, could they say I am Canadian that law does not apply to me?

You are correct about one thing. There is confusion about what an MJ company is.

IMO growing equipment, business systems, and security just to name a few are not MJ companies.

If I sell new cars to a marijuana dispensary owners, it doesn't make me an MJ company. It make me a car salesman that targets dispensary owners
