I don't see this as a takeover candidate. Doesn't a takeover imply that another company can buy enough stock to become a majority owner? As an estimate and based on my knowledge of my coworkers and myself, we alone own around 5-10% of the current available shares through direct market and private placement purchases. I know there are many longs on this board who are in this for more than a $3-7 price point for selling out all their shares. I believe Steve Squires is a visionary and isn't in this for a quick cash out. The board members are likely the same.
My question is "how does a takeover occur if a large volume of shares are not available for trade?"
