Is anyone in the Erie, PA area able to visit their offices and do a little DD? Maybe snap a pic or two showing it exists and people are there working? Maybe even ask Mr. P or any live body a question or two?

I'm torn between:

Nothing he has ever promised has come to fruition... salvage what I can...

There is no way someone would be this brazen in the face of the SEC, and perhaps everything is on hold pending the merger...
