their problem arises with P2O's *survival/execution and transition*

i'm just fine with my CB .. in fact slightly jealous re: a fellow investor
being able to add over 50,000 JBII shares today ..

still may get another chance tho'

suspect we may see a *repeat* re: Q (but with less *volume* on offer)

again i've planned accordingly (and i suspect others have as well)

that said .. there is nothing wrong with those requiring additional
clarity waiting for it .. it all comes down to one's comfort level

just me but the hire of the CFO on 3.18.14 .. was the signal re: sequence

that 150k and the 285k paid for today's *audit* aren't indicators
of doors closing ..

but i can understand why the K would cause concern >> FUGLY comes to mind

that said
it's what comes out of mgmt after housekeeping items
(K/Q/name/ticker/cusip) that i'm interested in

timing also very much of interest
