I have quite a few colleagues that are employed by Holland and Knight, Foley and Lardner, Greenberg Traurig, Baker McKenzie, etc. None of them refer to themselves as SEC LAW FIRMS. They are specialized in and insured as such. But they are not SEC lawyers, nor do they claim to be.

My point is, Ms. Vigil should be better equipped with an individual to support her "legal background" as her point person to the public. Lends to her lack of credibility as an executive, and vetting her qualifications to run or manage an aviation company that intends to grow pot is next to impossible. Her choice of language and her verbose incoherent abuse in an official correspondence by and between the issuer and the public is duplicitous.
