Any company involved in anyway with THC is putting their shareholders and entire company at risk. THC is federally illegal no matter what the state may say their law is. If you want to invest in one of those companies feel free, but I would not advice it.

So by your definition of what an MJ company is if I understand you correctly, you're saying the only ones breaking the federal law, should be considered MJ companies. :)
