If you believe the tainted data was because of sabotage then I don't know how you could view going alone in Phase III as a positive. If BP was able to sabotage phase II they will just as easily sabotage phase III. Besides it will be an awful tough sell for the data to be accepted after mgmt presents it. They will just keep waiting for mgmt to come out with another PR to not believe the previous data. All imo.
