For what it's worth,yes I've being told that phase 2 did start on site.

I contacted IR on the 16th of May and they verified that the team were on site.Apparently,it did start 2 or 3 days behind schedule but the team were on site.The time scale of 12 days that USPR mentioned for phase 2 to be carried out was approximate and the exact date of compleation wasn't known.

I was reassured though that results of phase 2 would be made public before the 11th of July.

Obviously as an anonymous poster you can believe it me or not but you asked the question.I do contact IR on a regular basis and you can do the same.
