In Yates' presentation last week he talked briefly about the history of disruptive beverages and mentioned Red Bull energy drink. I did a quick search and found out that in 2013 Red Bull sold 5.3 biliion cans in 166 countries worldwide with 5.03 billion Euros in revenue, (6.5 billion USD). They first sold in 1987. This is one example of the potential of a disruptive beverage.
