Maybe? That's worse than a forward-looking statement,

and certainly bears No resemblance to actual DD.

When MEXP/INOH changed CEO's before, it was an attempt to put some lipstick on the pig.

Obviously, 2 reverse splits later, it was not a successful ploy.
