I wouldn't presume that you are unaware of the difference between the NYSE and the NYSE MKT. I'm sure you do.

For the benefit of those who don't, you might want to be more precise going forward. CVSL indicated it's intention to apply for the NYSE MKT. As you know, while both are operated by NYSE Euronext, the NYSE MKT is a different exchange from the NYSE. So, CVSL will not be in the NYSE before Christmas but might be on the NYSE MKT.
