Is there any significance to this?...

I'm new to trading, and I haven't yet found/paid for an L2 service that I like/can afford at this time.

That's why I was pleased to find that NYBD had paid for otcmarkets.com L2.

But Starting this week (month), it was gone. I assume this is because NYBD is no longer paying for the service. Should this be a concern? I'm invested, and I like what I have; I'm definitely not bashing. I would just like the opinion of a more experienced trader on whether or not that's a consideration for DD. Thanks!
