I think the key words there were "Flipping Day". Flippers are always going to flip, and longs are going to accumulate and hold for the Big profits that we know can be realized on a good stock.

Shorts have been running this one for a few weeks now knowing that the pps runs up in the mornings and then drops mid day. Add that to the possibility of breaking news, and everyone was buying what they could in the anticipation of the next day's run up. Seeing how that news wasn't released in a PR yet, the PPS has not run up, instead here we sit in the .006 area awaiting to jump to the .0085-.01 range where they will all unload again.

But soon, all the flippers and shorts will be caught off guard when we get our true run up and everyone will be chasing...everyone except those of us who bought in long in the .002-.005 range.
