PRZ still has a hot seller in the works (opinion)! Just does not all add up clearly here as yet. I do know prior to this announcement of reinstatement, that this stock was eyeing its 52 week low for unknown reasons. I very well think the seller or sellers in this case knew it was coming and began to unload their shares months in advance so it would not be so noticeable.
