Simple thing here is, for a company with all the potential and possibilities going for it, this is turning out like another stinky pink.. hate to say it.

There was no reason to increase the A/S that never looks attractive to buyers and a pr about the increase granting them possibilities is bs. in no way is an increase good, usually means, in most cases, toxic financing. not saying that is what it is just saying if you want to set your company in a place to stand out, don't act like another pink and start to be a CEO who is loyal to both investors and to meeting deadlines.
