I also bought these (Just bought to verify Latteno's existence to myself 100%, I know nobody here will believe me anyway). Took about a week to cross the country.

The packaging picture from the previous poster was accurate. It came in an envelope saying distributed by Latteno. There was a box, and in the box was the silver bag with label that the previous posted showed.

They do work, but as someone that did not really need them, they kept me wound up and sleepless for a couple days, so I expect if they are used for a legitimate condition they will work appropriately, but if you don't need them, I hope you have a willing partner lined up for a few days...
