Not all so bad in my opinion. I am sure there is a reason for the cancelation of the acquisition...probably didn't want to absorb all of Blackhawk's liabilities.
So, in the long run it saves the company another 120M shares of stock and the additional share options that could have been added as bonuses. All in all, it should save GAC around $6,000,000.
Blackhawk will still be supplying the composite parts for the busses and what ever else GAC needs to produce transportation. So, they have to pay another company for parts instead of paying themselves...LOL.
Again, look at it as a $6M savings, and less Die-lution. Probably a good move for the company.
