The HK investors have put in $60M to $70M thus far.
The reason it falls on SIAF to raise the additional $55M to $60M (via bank financing) is because SIAF is the whole show - they have the patents, technology, and expertise. The HK investors are just rich. Thus, when one goes to the bank for financing, it's Solomon and his team doing the talking because they're the management of the entire project.
If they don't raise the money, the only thing that changes is the AR turn will increase from 60 days to no more than 90 days to 120 days to no more than 180 days. This will in turn slow the ramp up of capacity, i.e., they will scale up at a slower pace.
RD's projections assumes the slower scale up pace.
