100% positive that the merger is going to happen. Who cares about 1 day more or less. Important is that the papers are all rock-solid and waterproof. Good things need time. I'm glad they check the papers several times. Having the lawyers of each party checking it more than once makes it even more serious. It is going to happen. Later today or tomorrow. Bet on it !!!
