I used to get a respond to my e mails from Tom within 1 hour, look at all the e mails I posted here from him the last few days.
Since yesterday morning he did not respond to me, not good.

There have been multiple revisions to the merger agreement while we understand everyone's desire to know second by second what's going on, we can only provide additional information once the final document is executed.
