(Business Model and Supply and Demand) as an example --> (1) Stock Price runs up on enthusiasm (2) One or several individuals/organizations/groups accumulate large share holdings (3) Buying begins to show exhaustion and when price has run "to far" from supportable earnings (3) Selling commences then in-mass as profit taking occurs first (4) Large holders can continue selling small lots and short selling commences into the decline (5) Short sellers are now profiting from the decline until company fundamentals and earning can again support buying. (6) Large holders either exit or sell to their calculated "core holding" then look for buying opportunity if they decide to stay with the stock.

The dynamic is that "deep pockets" can drive the price where they want it once buying has indicated exhaustion. The NTEK IHB board is an near perfect example of a large holder group (IMHO) attempting to manipulate the stock price, which is directly demonstrated by the very high number of negative posters on this board; lately more negative than positive posting supposedly out here to help us longs simply due to their good graces w/o benefit to themselves (when in reality one can be sure self interest is at work).

Patience is the key. NTEK is still out performing and this will run its course. GLTALs.
