Do you really think JR and his legal team have not been working closely with both the SEC and FINRA to bring us back?

I don't. Based on what Reid has said, I believe the SEC has been investigating the company, and perhaps Reid himself.

Perhaps he thinks filing a Form 10 will show his good intentions. But they're separate issues. Enforcement conducts investigations. Corporation Finance reviews Forms 10 and other filings.
