I don't really want to do all your DD for you but I can point you in the right direction. You can start with the filings and disclosure section on LVVV that list the terms of the APRU deal and how many shares LVVV owns that represent 77%. Do some math and figure out the total number of shares, then do a comparison of the 500 million shares verses the total number of APRU shares. For a percentage of about 2.5 percent. I think it's actually slightly less than that.
