Totally agree caz. It's well within their right to hold IR accountable for the damages they did. I still can't believe IR put themselves at risk like this. If they would have just waited and completed the deal and then went after the assets they would have got away with it. Vic was just in la la land and had to get the 101 crash course on thief and cheats in pinky land.... Man what a lesson to learn and almost make a huge mistake.
But now we can turn the page and start a new chapter. Today marks a new day for shareholders, the company and patients that never have had the choice to be treated with a stem cell procedure with less cost, better efficacy and just a better treatment profile overall. MS, palsy, knee, dental. I hope that soon many patients lives will be better because of what $SFVC has to offer!!
