ERGOKONZEPT Said, After Trading We Resume Talks!

Talks between ERGO and PFNO that is. Operative Word "Resume".

We probably can all agree that ERGO is going to start trading. They have submitted the paperwork etc and trading is imminent.

When ERGO trading starts why wouldn't we be in the same situation we are in right now? ERGO will still not have taken over PFNO - talks will resume.

The new mantra for PFNO iHub is going to be "When ERGO buys the 3 billion shares" (after the talks have resumed and are completed) instead of " When ERGO starts trading"

Ergokonzept IPO first, then 3 billion share buying of PFNO. That's the plan.

....there's NO need for a contract or anything to be signed. When they buy a majority of the stock, they takeover PFNO. IF I OWNED 51% OF PFNO, I'D HAVE MAJORITY OWNERSHIP.

We already have confirmation that they own 40 percent of PFNO shares.

PFNO PPS may increase upon commencement of ERGO trading but "millionaires" will not be made until "When ERGO buys the 3 billion shares" IMO
