I totally agree.

I do not think this is the first go around for JR with the SEC with regards to the filings IMO.

I really don't believe this is the first shot in the dark either, and lets see what happens, as some may try and put very eloquently, as to make it look like this is now going thru another two year process.

I do not have my head in the sand here. Just think this is farther along, and with the increased postings we are now getting once again, I personally believe that a little fear is trying to be instilled.
