just a question here : its always good to think and look ahead, what if ,and a big if, VPOR does not get the pps up to .18 cents ,and they are unable to repay the 1.23 million $ loan back to hanover, and they default. does that mean the company would be forced into bankruptcy ? or do they have other alternatives ?

no, I do not see the gov,t. banning e-cigs. our biggest threat will be competition. then again , we may get bought out by a big tobacco company ?
