Sure thing. I received the 5 proxy forms this afternoon (various accounts), and voted affirmative on all actions, except a Negative Vote on Item #3, regarding the Reverse Split.

I still believe the vote to strictly be a formality, but that is how I voted. If it comes down where my 1/3 of 1% mattered in the vote on the other issues, I guess that's how the cookie crumbles.
