He does not have shares to sell so that's not correct. We should talk about all the good as this company is going through a major rebuilding.

They just brought on Warren Zide as head of productions. He produced movies that did 1.8 billion at the box office. He has come on board to do the same for the company. And btw in his pad the filed chapter 7 which puts him in great company. Seems loads of geniuses have done the same. So did Trump, Mr Jackson, Walt Disney, Stalone and many more. Please tell me if they where around and decided to join this company anyone would have an issue because in their past they had a BK.

So what else have the CEO done?

He launched Drivein TV and Hollywood Fast lane as promised by cutting cost to almost zero, giving the networks a chance to make it.

He retired not only a portion of his shares as promised but much more. He retired all of his common.

He retired all of Collins shares as promised.

He proved recently that the CV is exactly as he said it was all this time. Unfortunately it seems CV is not making any money so far. They have a years left on the contract so that might pay off.

On his own he built Imagination TV and handed over control of operations and revenues to IC Places.

He did the name change as promised.

He made a deal to move into a studio for the network to film in without visiting the company a dime.

He got the share structure to a good place and under control.

He never sold any of his common shares before he retired them.

He saved the company as Collin tried a hostile take over. Punch is now out of business and IC Places is seeing a nice comeback.

He got the network it's first corporate sponsor.

He brought on a full time editor for Imagination TV Who has been turning the site into an incredible human curated resource for Self Improvement.

I'm sure there is more but this what we know so far. I think the company has come a long way. Looking forward to the next stages of grow.

And people that bought last week could very well be currently sitting on twice the value they started with.
