I don't think your understanding my question.


The overall value of PEII, is decreasing everyday due to more shares being out in the market.

Even when the wells are pumping for money, by then the O/S will be around 10 billion....


How is the share price supposed to stay high with a huge o/s like that and constant dilution.

Everyday of dilution makes it harder and harder for PEII's future overall share price.

Investor Relations will tell you what they can to make the company they work for look good. It's their job.
