I guess ABVIE wasn't listening.

Maybe they were listening before the tainted data when the data was much better and stat significant.

It appears they are not listening anymore even with the reconfigured data. It obviously appears that there are not two companies listening since there is no bidding war going on. If you don't trust the data it is easier to wait to mgmt screws up the phase III or if you actually believe the sabotage theories then you wait for it to happen again. All imo.
