"It is NOT just 1 mistake. The entire company is based on lies in order to sell shares that pay for everything. People (I) bought shares when they announced the Fshare divi. People (I) bought shares when they announced FN application. People (I) bought shares when they announced Nasdaq application. People (I) bought shares when Sol said in a CC that he did not see a need for further financing shares. People (I) bought shares when Sol said in a CC that we should expect a "extraordinary" divi in december. This is not just 1 Missed payment. This is 1 more failure added to a very long list of failures. Each one created to sell shares. Its not any one thing that will cause a huge legal issue for SIAF. I believe when the SEC looks at the entire picture and each thing and sees how each thing was designed to help dump shares and screw over shareholders then they will take action."
