probably homeland security will!!! jokes apart, there is still lot of work to be done, just to file an INDA! That's why it will take 12-18 months! But the PR did emphatically state that the treated mice survived the 7day window by a significant number of days!! So if they died due to the virus, they probably would have died in the 7 day window. Also the PR stated that with increased amount of dose the micelle could probably cure a H5N1 infection. So one could infer that the mice did not die from the viral infection!
