One more time....and please read carefully. If you are a pessimist and a negative thinker, you don't think this will happen, conversely, if you are an optimist and positive thinker, you think this will happen. Obviously, nothing is certain.

You can spin it anyway you want..... He tweeted that in order for Phase 1 of the Studio to be completed by the end of the year, Financing would need to be in place by the end of July. What don't you understand about that?
