There are a number of issues here:

-This isn't a done deal yet, so the market, especially in the pinks, trust nothing until it's a DONE deal.

-This news barely hit the wires and with a lackluster PR title

-It's the pinks, so the company isn't required to file 8ks, 10ks, 10Qs, etc, and must major investors will not touch this regardless of how great the potential

-The financials are not audited

-There appears to be a few individuals trying to short this, but no major short here.

I believe in this company based on my DD, and hope the company will pursue audited financials and up-listing with this new infusion of money. This will bring credibility and new investors.
