This is an old PR. Why would you post this misleading information? You should say that DGRI PAID dividend.

"They are continuing to work on finding new deals, and have announced a 10% stock dividend for shareholders of record on April 10th, 2014."

I believe that there is great potential for this stock and that there will be some good PRs to come as we get through June and July, but you can't just post old PRs and misleading information.
