I think you're being too pessimistic. I think there's a 50-50 chance that Parilla will cook-up some transaction so he can make an announcement and try to keep this alive for a while longer. if he's scammy enough to issue all those PRs and even crazy enough to release those financial statements in the Q after he's been suspended, he could just decide to dare the SEC to take further action by coming up with a staged transaction. and, sad to say, there are enough other scammy companies and/or desperate companies out there that he may find one to partner with. if that were to occur, of course the terms will be set up so it never has any reasonable possibility of being closed and/or resulting in any value approaching .12 (like the earlier share dividend and the AFF*W share issuance).
