... this discussion has been here 1000 times, not going in this again. i believe this is not true, do what you want with it.

1. the guy is long 30 mn shares at 1. .30 and .064
2. he does not receive any kind of pay from the company.
3. he said it on record 9 times that he never even thought of a RS.
4. he stated this would be a long term investment, not short term. (because of share issues).
