A company with increasing revenues and profits is never a bad investment.

Solid growth and the announcement of signed deals, with big revenues and profits, will fix the share price, IMO.

They can even give a dividend to put share price up, if they have the cash for it.

100M shares to trade is nothing. If they announce some big deal, the share price can jump fast, IMO.
